Booking Procedure

  1. Reservation can be made by:

  2. When you do the reservation then you will be put in a 'waiting list'. After 50% deposit your status will be confirmed.
  3. The confirmation should be done:
    • Two days before departure; valid for 1 - 5 pax
    • Five days before departure; valid for 6 - 15 pax
    • Ten days before departure; valid for 16 - 50 pax
    • Fifteen days before departure; valid for 51 - 100 pax
    • Twenty days before departure; valid for more than 100 pax
  4. A Vouchers or a Confirmation Letter with the activities details will be given to all confirmed guests.
  5. The balance of payment should be settled within two days prior to the departure.
  6. Cancellation fee of 15% will be charged if you cancel the confirmation before departure but the charge is 50% if you don't show up.
  7. Payment procedure:

  8. Invoice will be issued only for:
    • Companies/institutions which have a contract/an agreement which states a payment procedure requiring an invoice, or
    • Companies which provide a Letter of Guarantee.
